Main Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage the company’s monthly payroll and ensure proper cash flow for sales operations related to payroll.
- Collaborate with AIG management for annual resource planning.
- Ensure timely payment of salaries, compensations, benefits, and monthly expenses.
- Align periodically with the CFO and MD on payroll-related issues.
- Report at least 60 days in advance regarding any compensation and benefits payment issues.
- Verify alignment of employee financial data on ZEN HR with AIG HR records.
- Encourage and enhance the use of ZEN HR and other digital platforms to promote efficiency and transparency.
Bank Relations:
- Manage existing banking agreements and ensure alignment with AIG’s financial performance.
- Negotiate and propose new credit agreements and financing options.
- Maintain regular communication with key bank decision-makers.
Accounting and Finance Management:
- Analyze monthly financial data and report findings to CFO and MD.
- Provide information to increase profitability, reduce financial risks, and optimize operational costs.
- Identify errors and suggest efficiency improvements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Manage quarter and year-end financial close processes.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring sales budgets.
- Support sales operations with financial data during offer and execution phases.
- Interpret financial data and recommend actions to CFO and MD.
- Set objectives and framework for the finance department.
- Coordinate with tax and accounting auditors for compliance.
- Manage corporate tax returns and propose tax plans.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial transactions and owners’ wealth.
- Provide investment insights and strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to align on company plans.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- CMA certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 15+ years of proven experience.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Egyptian financial procedures and laws.
- Excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with companies similar to AIG is a plus.
- IFRS or MBA certification is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
