    Key Responsibilities

    • People and Culture Development
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
    • Implement initiatives that boost employee engagement and well-being.
    • Promote company values and ensure a positive workplace atmosphere.
    • Organize programs to celebrate employee milestones and recognize achievements.
    • Talent Acquisition and Management
    • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure smooth onboarding.
    • Plan workforce needs to align with business objectives.
    • Develop succession plans and career paths for employees.
    • Performance and Development
    • Implement systems to track and enhance performance at individual and team levels.
    • Identify training needs and organize development programs.
    • Provide guidance to managers on employee development and conflict resolution.
    • HR Operations and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with local laws in all HR policies and processes.
    • Manage employee relations, including resolving grievances and conducting investigations.
    • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation strategies to stay competitive.
    • Employee Engagement and Retention
    • Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and diversity initiatives.
    • Gather and act on employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
    • Develop strategies to enhance retention and reduce turnover.
    • Strategic HR Leadership
    • Work with senior leadership to align HR strategies with company goals.
    • Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Advise leadership on organizational design and change management.

    Requirements

    • Education: relevant Bachelor’s degree and related (HR Diploma is a MUST).
    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR management.
    • MBA / HR FOCUS is a PLUS

    Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
    • Analytical with a strong attention to detail.
    • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
