Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse and Local Logistics Management:
- Oversee the operations of the warehouse, ensuring inventory is properly stored, organized, and managed.
- Coordinate and manage the incoming and outgoing movement of goods and materials within the warehouse.
- Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, ensuring products are checked for accuracy, quality, and compliance with orders.
- Supervise the packaging and dispatching of outgoing shipments.
- Manage stock orders and ensure that local deliveries are accurate, timely, and in the proper condition.
- Work closely with the team to ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer or production needs.
- Invoice Collection & Management:
- Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices, sending reminders by fax and email, arranging visits, and resolving any issues that may delay payment.
- Maintain organized records of invoicing and payments, ensuring timely tracking and reporting of outstanding debts.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to invoicing, ensuring accurate and fair adjustments.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Generate reports on warehouse operations and inventory status.
- Provide detailed reports regarding the status of outstanding invoices, payments, and collections.
- Supply Registration:
- Manage the registration of company supplies and scoop at customers, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
- Maintain records of registered supplies and coordinate any follow-up actions as needed.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in English is a must; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination.
- Certification in supply chain or logistics management is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, particularly in managing inventory and invoicing accuracy.
