Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in HR-related administrative tasks.
- Support marketing activities, including content coordination and event planning.
- Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in English (another language is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- HR and/or Marketing experience is a plus.
