Proposal Manager- / Pre-Sales Manager, ICT

• Responsible for issuing technical and commercial submittals for all light current PKG tenders before closing Breakdown all requirements included in tender documents / RFQ and share with specific due to dates to all internal and external stake holders.
• Internal stakeholders are different AIG organizations and team members. External stakeholder includes (customers, suppliers, and others)
• Maintain gross margin agreed on with Sales Account
• Immediately reports to finance and management any loss incurred after order placement by
• Collect all information from projects organization to guarantee fulfillment of the following milestones:
  1. 1. Project delivery schedule
     2. Project execution plan
     3. Invoicing and collections as per contract.
• Manage and prepare all projects sales lead report.
• Manage and co-ordinate the sales queue to ensure that all solutions proposed are provided in accordance with sales team instructions and customer
• Responsible for following up open orders until delivery and invoice issuance and collections.
• Manage inquiry / order log
• Prepare Win / Loss reports to each
• Manage and submit all reports related to:
  1. Open orders status
  2. NTRA approvals requirements
  3. Invoicing and collection
  4. Technical activities report

-Comply with AIG internal order processing cycle. Detailed training will be provided during on-boarding phase.

Reporting / Following up (20%)

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reports.
• Attending sales team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Decision-Making Responsibilities for this position:

• Technical submittal of options complying with customer RFQ.
• Compliance with all project deliverables
• Commercial terms and conditions based one AIG history with each customer.
• Delivery logistics and related costs.

Projects Contracts Responsibilities (80%)

  5. Prepare all reports required by management and finance organization on weekly / monthly basis or as requested
  6. Follow up and ensures all projects deliverable fulfillment
  7. LG and Guarantee CHQS issuance, follow up expiry and refund
